Studio Policies & Disclaimers
Please read our policies before booking. By booking an appointment with Teeny Tattoo Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.
General Studio Policy
For safety, sanitation, privacy, and insurance reasons, children who are not receiving a scheduled service are not permitted in the studio.
Teeny Tattoo Studio and its artists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when we determine that a service is not appropriate, safe, sanitary, within an artist's expertise, or something we are comfortable performing.
We will not provide tattoo or piercing services to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Booking Policy
Appointments may be booked up to 60 days in advance through our official booking system. Walk-ins may be accepted when availability permits, but availability and wait times are not guaranteed.
A 50% deposit of the service starting price is required to reserve an appointment. Deposits are applied toward your final balance and are non-refundable, subject to the policies below.
All prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on size, placement, detail, complexity, time, jewelry, add-ons, or other factors. Your artist will confirm applicable pricing before beginning the service.
For private parties, minimums and/or reservation fees may apply.
Identification & Age Requirements
All clients must complete required consent forms and provide valid government-issued identification when required.
Tattooing: Teeny Tattoo Studio tattoos clients 18+ only.
Piercing: Our minimum age for ear lobe piercings is 7 years old. We do not offer infant or baby piercings.
For eligible clients under 18, a parent, managing conservator, or legal guardian must provide the consent and identification required by Texas law and remain present as required. Our studio may have additional age or service restrictions.
Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.
48+ Hours' Notice
Your deposit may be transferred one time to the new appointment, subject to availability.
Less Than 48 Hours
Late rescheduling may result in a $100 fee, forfeiture of the original deposit, an additional deposit, or denial of future booking privileges, at the studio's discretion.
Repeated rescheduling may result in restricted booking privileges.
To reschedule, use your booking confirmation link or contact the studio.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment may result in:
A $100 cancellation fee
Forfeiture of the deposit
Restriction or denial of future bookings
No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be subject to a $100 fee and/or future booking restrictions.
Late Arrivals
Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment if there is not enough time to safely complete the service.
If cancelled due to lateness, your original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to rebook.
Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Payments for completed services are also non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another person, service, artist, or unrelated appointment unless approved by Teeny Tattoo Studio.
Private party reservation, planning, and cleaning fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All jewelry and retail purchases are final sale and cannot be returned once purchased or worn, except where otherwise required by law.
Pricing & Design Policy
Website prices are starting prices and may change based on the size, placement, complexity, detail, time required, jewelry, or other factors.
If a requested design is not a good fit for your selected artist's specialty or portfolio, we may recommend another artist or decline the project.
Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority.
You are responsible for disclosing relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, medical conditions, or other information that may affect your service or healing.
If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, consult your healthcare provider before your appointment.
We follow applicable Texas health, sanitation, sterilization, and infection-control requirements.
Individual healing and results vary. We cannot guarantee a specific healing outcome or identical result to a reference image.
You are responsible for following all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by your artist.
Piercing Disclaimer
Piercing may cause temporary pain, swelling, dizziness, nausea, lightheadedness, or fainting.
Please tell your piercer if you have a history of fainting, metal allergies, skin sensitivities, or a medical condition or medication that may affect healing.
Eating beforehand and staying hydrated may help reduce the risk of dizziness or fainting.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, immunocompromised, taking blood-thinning medication, or have another condition that may affect healing, consult your healthcare provider before receiving a piercing.
You will receive written aftercare instructions. Healing times vary by piercing and individual. Do not unnecessarily touch, twist, rotate, or remove healing jewelry.
If you experience concerning symptoms or signs of infection, contact the studio and seek appropriate medical care.

Prices are starting prices unless otherwise stated.
You have provided accurate contact, identification, and health information.
You understand that healing and results vary.
You will follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions.
You understand and accept the deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies.
Nothing in these policies is intended to waive or limit rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Teeny Tattoo Studio may update these policies from time to time. Policies in effect at the time of booking generally apply to that appointment.
